Judging Team Places 7th at State
The FFA judging team competed in the State Contest in Manhattan, Kansas, on May 2, 3, and 4. The St Francis FFA Judging team placed 7th in the State Horse Judging Contest. There were 44 horse judging teams entered in the contest
.
In the individual standings, Allison Grice placed 14th out of 150 individuals participating. Laura Brunk placed 18th, Thomas Douthit 46th, and Gavin Cooper 125th.
The livestock team placed 31st in the State Contest. In the individual placing, Thomas Douthit placed 42nd, Gavin Cooper 155th, Laura Brunk 158th, and Allison Grice 159th out of 300 competitors.
