Free Sports Physicals To Be Given

Several St. Francis medical professionals are working to provide FREE sports physicals to St. Francis student/athletes. The free physicals will be held at the County Health Department on the dates listed below. No appointment is necessary. Athletes (and parents) must be aware that a current sports physical must be on file in the athletic director's office prior to the first day of sports practice for the 2014-2015 school year. A signed concussion form must also be on file before a student can participate in any practices.

Monday, June 9th - 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. with Tyler Raile
Tuesday, June 17th - 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. with Dana Jewell-Broughman
Friday, August 1st - 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. with Tyler Raile
Tuesday, August 12th - 1:00 to 5:00 pm with Kristle Raile
