SFCHS Graduates Fourteen Seniors

The St. Francis Community High School Commencement Exercises were held on Sunday, May 17, in the St. Francis High School Gymnasium. A large crowd attended the graduation honoring the fourteen seniors receiving their high school diplomas.

Seniors receiving their diplomas during the Commencement were:  Kyla Bandel, Mariah Beikman, Shakotah Blanka, Cade Bracelin, Nicholas Easter, Tanner Gilliland, Jonathan Hoard, Matthew Howell, Erik Nelson, Ashlee Orth, Dallas Reed, McKayla Taylor, Valerie Wurm, and Kyler Zweygardt.

The 2015 class was preceded into the St. Francis High School Gymnasium by the honor guard. Junior students serving as honor guard were:  Garrett Brunk, Jakob Church, Kattie Jenik, Journey Lee, Sydney Sundstrom, and Hannah Wolff. Randy Nelson, pastor of the Peace Lutheran Church led the invocation. The concert band, under the direction of Debbie Fiala played the graduation music.

2008 SFCHS graduate, Sara Miller, gave the graduation message. Sara is a free-lance producer for live television shows in California. Cade Bracelin, class president, and Kyla Bandel, class vice-president, both spoke to their classmates and audience. Later, Principal David Morrow and class sponsor, Steve Jenkins, distributed scholarships to the graduates. The seniors were awarded $108,100 in scholarships.
