6th Grade Promotion Held

Nineteen sixth grade students were promoted to junior high school during a ceremony held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in the St. Francis Grade School Gymnasium. Students were recognized for academics and citizenship during the promotion ceremony. Adam Guthmiller, sixth grade teacher, served a master of ceremonies. Jean Ann Confer, music instructor, assisted with several musical selections. The students performed three musical selections (including a dance).

 

Promotion certificates were handed out by Principal Rob Schiltz to each of the nineteen students in the class. Students promoted to junior high school were:  Jesse Baxter, Shadryon Blanka, Garin Cooper, Rylan Doyle, Doyle Easter, Seth Grice, Jasper Hunt, Emma Johnson, Adam Krien, Schuyler Lennox, Jack McGinnis, Stephanie Meyer, Colton Neitzel, Tyler Paulsen, Tyson Poling, Keigan Taylor, Kobe Tice, Kattie Wurm, and Lukas Zweygardt.

Doyle Easter and Emma Johnson were selected as recipients of the citizenship awards.
