Homecoming Candidates Selected

Activities Planned Throughout Week

The 2016 Homecoming king and queen candidates have been selected. Voting for king and queen will take place on Friday, September 9. The 2016 queen candidates are Nicole Bonsignore (host-parents are Troy and Kary Meyer), Jenna Confer (daughter of Steve and JeanAnn Confer), Makayla Rogers (daughter of Jerry and Natalie Stahlecker) and Katie Schmid (daugher of Tim and Tina Schmid).  King candidates are Quinton Cravens (son oi Sean and Jenni Cravens), Ryan Grover (son of Shannon and Raquel Grover) , Taylor Rogers (son of Mike and Jo Rogers), and Brock Waters (son of Matt and Karoline Waters).

Homecoming Week will be celebrated during the week of September 12-17. Each day of the week has been designated with a homecoming theme. Monday will be "America Monday." Tuesday is designated as "Tourist Day." Wednesday is "Hero and Villian Day." Thursday is "Dress for Success Day and Friday is "Green Out Day." The Bonfire will be held at the High School at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. The First National Bank will be serving ice cream floats immediately after the Bonfire. A Homecoming Parade will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with the Pep Assembly following the parade at the High School Gyrmansium..

The junior class will hold an enchilada feed from 5:00 to 6:45 p.m. on Friday in the High School Cafeteria. At 7:00 p.m., the homecoming game with Hill City will kick-off. The homecoming dance will be held on Saturday evening from 8:00 to 11:30 p.m. The Homecoming king and queen will be crowned at halftime of the football game.
