Junior High Saint Francis Indians Remain Undefeated
SAINT FRANCIS, Kan. -- The Saint Francis Indians junior high football team scored big against the opposing Hoxie Indians on October 7. Due to the 45-point Mercy Rule, the game ended in the third quarter with a score of 46-0.
“We won!” said Seth Swihart, Saint Francis fifth grade teacher.
Shadryon Blanka, Adam Krien and Jesse Baxter, all Saint Francis eighth graders, scored touchdowns in the game.
“Always go hard,” said Blanka.
All of the boys worked hard, played hard, and led the Indians to another victory. As the Indians’ sixth winning game of the season, they remain undefeated.
“I liked it. It was really fun,” said Cutter Neitzel, Saint Francis eighth grader.
