Several Staff Changes Made For New Year

With each new school year, there are several staff changes. This year, no new teachers were hired but several other staffing changes were made. A list of the staffing changes are below.

Marion Ochsner was hired as the third grade teacher. Marion taught much of the year last year due to the illness of Tish Havel and has many years of experience. She has served as a substitute teacher in the St. Francis district for several years. Marion will assume full-time duties as the third grade teacher.

Tiffany Graham and Deanna Kriegh have been hired as paraprofessionals in the grade school. They will spend much of their time in the kindergarten room, but will also help in other locations as needed.

Karyn Vandenberg has been hired as a cook in the grade school kitchen. Shirley Zweygardt was hired to help in the high school kitchen. Shirley has served as a substitute cook in previous years.

Several coaching assignment changes have been made for 2017-2018. Killy Hilt has been hired as pom coach. Traci Price will serve as assistant high school volleyball coach. In junior high volleyball, Talley Morrow and Tiffany Poet will split duties as assistant coach. Kyle Buffington was hired a junior high assistant wresting coach. Ted Busse will no longer coach the junior high girls in basketball. A replacement for the position has not yet been hired.
