Community Input on Health Survey Requested
The Cheyenne County Hospital has requested input on a health survey from the community. Below is information explaining the survey as shared by Shawna Blanka, Director of Quality/Risk Mgt./Public Relations/HIPAA Privacy/Security Officer for the Cheyenne County Hospital.
St. Francis is part of 'Pathways to a Healthy Kansas' a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas initiative - so this survey will gather perceptions about opportunities for physical activity, healthy eating and tobacco cessation in our community. We ask that you please participate in this survey to ensure our community has healthy options to choose from. The results will be available this fall.
