Featuring: Reagan Beims
Senior Reagan Beims stayed busy with all her activities that she has participated in this year including: FFA, basketball, football cheer, wrestling cheer, and track.
“As a member of FFA she is active and willing to do work hard for things that are important to her. As an officer she pushes others and puts the organization and the goals as the priority when there are disagreements or problems. She is a natural leader,” said Tiffany Poet, FFA adviser.
Beims plans on attending KU and studying pre-med biology and hopes one day to be a general practitioner.
“I’d describe Reagan as funny, smart, and very strong minded. She puts everything she has into something she wants,” said Junior Lindsey Johnson.
Beims’s role models are her aunts Jaylene and Jennifer.
“They both roll with the punches and are raising an amazing family. They are very strong and independent.”
During the summer, Reagan worked at the pool. “She always does her best at her job and makes the days go by much faster,” said Johnson.
Some advice Poet gave to Beims is to play well with others and keep her goals challenging. “Never give up on yourself and don’t be afraid to stand alone when others are scared to be different,” Poet said.
