Jr. High NWKL Volleyball Tournament Monday
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Northwest Kansas League Junior High Volleyball Tournament will be held on Monday, October 15. The competition will be held at two locations. The A team tournament will be held in Hoxie; the B team tournament will be held in Atwood. Teams were seeded on Friday, October 12. Each tournament will be competed in two pools with bracket play after the pool play is completed. The results of the seeding and the tournament brackets are below.
A Team
Teams were seeded by record as follows: 1 - Rawlins County 13-1, 2 - Hoxie 7-4, 3 - St. Francis 9-6, 4 - Dighton 6-7, 5 - Decatur Community 5-7, 6 - Wallace County 4-10, 7 - Quinter 1-10, 8 - Greeley County 1-12

The Pool A champion will play the Pool B runner-up in the High School Gym. The Pool B champion will play the Pool A runner-up in the Grade School Gym. The losers of the first two bracket games will play for third/fourth place in the Grade School Gym. The two winners will play for the NWKL championship in the High School Gym.
B Team
Results of the B team seeding were: 1 - Rawlins County 11-3, 2 - Hoxie 7-2, 3 - Quinter 8-3, 4 - Wallace County 5-9, 5 - St. Francis 5-10, 6 - Dighton 3-10, 7 - Decatur Community 2-10, 8 - Greeley County 2-10.
