Thirteen Junior High Girls Begin Basketball
Thirteen junior high girls have begun preparation for the 2018-19 basketball season. The girls have been practicing for a few days now, and it appears the roster will contain 13 names. The young ladies participating in basketball are listed below.
Eighth Grade: Bree De Waal, Molly Gilliland, Jesslynn Houtman, Ellee Krien, and Rian Zimbal
Seventh Grade: Kinley Havel, Makaila Matthies, and Jaclyn Milliken
Sixth Grade: Maggie Hingst, Janea Moberly, Michelle Palasio, Matilynn Smull, and Sophie White
The Lady Indians will be coached by ShayLinn Zweygardt and Susan Dinkel.
The junior high girls will have their first game on Thursday, November 1, in St. Francis. A 4:00 p.m. tip-off is scheduled for a game vs Decatur Community.
