Junior High Girls Tournament Thursday & Saturday
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Northwest Kansas League Junior High Girls Basketball Tournament will be held in Dighton on Thursday, January 10, and Saturday, January 12. The eight NWKL teams will be vying for the championship in two divisions--A-team and B-team.
The St. Francis A-team earned the #3 seed in the A-team bracket. They will play against #6 Quinter at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 10 in the Junior Varsity Gym at Dighton High School. If the Lady Indians win their first round contest, they will play twice on Saturday. The first game on Saturday will begin at 11:15 a.m. and the second will tip-off at approximately 1:45 p.m. If the Lady Indians lose the Thursday contest versus Quinter, their season will be over.
