Students Show Well At NWKL Art Show

The Northwest Kansas League Art Show was held in Oberlin on April 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Students from the NWKL schools displayed art work at the show for public viewing and judging by a panel of judges.

Many St. Francis students participated in the show. Eighth grader Jesslyn Houtman was selected as Junior High Best of Show for her pencil portrait. Earning the High School Best of Show Award was Arthur Albuquerque Mourao for an acrylic fox on cardboard.  Earning Best of Show in the Elementary Division was fourth grader Breken Tiegs with a chalk pastel waterlily.
