206 Lab Upgraded
The high school 206 Lab was upgraded during the month of January. The lab contains twenty computer stations and is used by several grades for computer classes under the direction of Susan Dinkel. The computers in the lab were removed due to the fact that the hard drives were small and had difficulty holding the software and student documents necessary for all the classes that used them.
The district purchased refurbished Dell GX270 computers to replace the older ones in the lab. The older computers were offered for sale to the public. The sale of the older computers as well as the purchase of refurbished computers allowed the district to upgrade the lab with a smaller expenditure of funds.
