On Tuesday, September 9th, the St. Francis Lady Indian volleyball teams traveled to Oberlin to compete with the Decatur County Lady Red Devils and the Colby Lady Eagles.  This was the second competition date for the Lady Indians and they showed tremendous improvement when compared to their first outing.

In varsity action the Lady Indians played well throughout most of the match but lost to a strong Decatur County team  11-25; 14-25.  The team then played Colby.  The Lady Indians showed tremendous hustle throughout the match and also showed much improvement in execution as well.  St. Francis won the first game 25-19, but Colby came back to win the next two 15-25 and 19-25.  Colby later defeated Decatur County in varsity action.
