Several Indians Receive Honors
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe 2009 All-NWKL Football Team has been announced. The team members were selected by a vote of the NWKL football coaches. The selections were based on performances during the 2009 season. Several Indians were selected to the team.
Indians selected to the NWKL team on offense were:
Trent Raile: 6'0" 185 lb Sr.--1st team running back (unanimous selection)
Cody Sherlock: 5'7" 155 lb Jr.--2nd team running back
Brooks Hobrock: 5' 10" 205 lb Jr.--2nd team offensive guard
Adam Guthmiller: 6'0" 205 lb Jr.--2nd team offensive tackle
Alex Long: 6'1" 160 lb Sr.--2nd team kicker
Matt Raile: 6'5" 170 Sr.--Honorable mention quarterback
Garrett Figgins: 6'0" 185 lb Jr.--Honorable mention tight end
Indians selected to the NWKL team on defense were:
Adam Guthmiller: 6'0" 205 lb Jr.--1st team linebacker
Trent Raile: 6'0" 185 lb Sr.--1st team defensive back
Matt Raile: 6'5" 170 lb Sr.--2nd team defensive back
Brooks Hobrock: 5'10" 205 Jr.--2nd team defensive line
Darris Keller: 6'0" 155 lb Sr.--Honorable mention defensive end
Terrence Lamb: 5'8" 150 lb Sr.--Honorable mention defensive back
