Wrestlers Have Good Weekend
Earn Championship of Dundy County Invitational
The St. Francis Indian wrestling team traveled to Hill City Friday, January 6th, to compete in the Hill City "Quad". Five teams (Hill City, Osborne, Stockton, St. Francis, and Wakeeney) competed during the evening with most having incomplete squads. St. Francis would have been 4-0 against the other competing teams in dual action if dual team scores were kept. Individual records for the Indians during the evening are listed below.

On Saturday, January 7th, the team wrestled in the Dundy County Invitational Wrestling Tournament in Benkelman, Nebraska. St. Francis scored 252 points to earn 1st place in the tournament. The Indians had six champions. Five other Indians placed in the top three positions. Individual placings in the tournament are listed below.
