MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – AUGUST 20, 2019 – 12:00 P.M.
Board members present were Chris Bracelin, Dustin Andrist, Danielle McAtee, Troy Hilt, and Chris Hingst. Those not present were Mila Bandel and Cale Rieger.
Vice-President Chris Bracelin called the meeting to order at 12:04 P.M.
Dustin Andrist made a motion to go into executive session for 10 minutes at 12:09 P.M.; motion was seconded by Troy Hilt and carried.
At 12:19 P.M. the Board came out of executive session.
Chris Hingst made a motion to hire Ben Lacy as the Industrial Arts instructor for the 2019-2020 school year. The motion was seconded by Troy Hilt and carried.
Troy Hilt made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:25; motion was seconded by Dustin Andrist and carried.
