Scholars Bowl Competes in Goodland
The Scholars' Bowl Team made a good showing at the Goodland meet on November 21, 2019. They started off quickly, winning the first round against Bird City handily. They went on to win 3 of the first four rounds. Round 5 was a bye. The team then lost the last 2 rounds, finishing the meet 3-3 record. The team played well as a team, with everyone answering questions and helping one another. Captains were Audrey, Isaiah, and Seth Mills. Hadleigh served as a statistician. The rest of the team members were Emma Hackler, Doyle, and Jasper. The next Scholars Bowl meet is Monday November 25, in Sharon Springs.
