Music Students Selected to Participate in the Northwest District KMEA Honor Choir
The following music students were selected by judges to participate in the Northwest District KMEA Honor Choir in December: Hadleigh Hilt, Hailey Robbins, Jasper Hunt, Cutter Neitzel, and DJ Easter. These five have been working on difficult audition music for the last 2 months and their work paid off. Due to COVID, the usual Honor Choir event cannot occur as it normally does, so they will participate in a Virtual Convention on December 12 and then be a part of a virtual band and choir performance that will be released by KMEA in January. At this Virtual Convention, DJ will receive his Four-Year Medal and be recognized for being selected to this prestigious group all four years of high school.
