Join us for the Cheyenne County Fall Health Fair!
Blood Lab Draws: November 17 th , & 18 th in Saint Francis (only) 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
NOTE: LAB DRAWS WILL BE DONE AT CHEYENNE COUNTY HOSPITAL (NOT THE CLINIC)
Blood Lab Draws: November 19 th in Bird City (only) 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
**Fasting for 12 hours prior to blood draw is recommended. Please drink plenty of water and take any regular medication. **
Due to COVID-19 concerns, only lab draws, and clinic exams will be offered. No other screenings will be completed.
Please practice social distancing. Stop by the hospital or clinic or go to https://www.cheyennecountyhospital.com/ to pick up a registration form to complete ahead of time to help us prevent overcrowding.
