Doyle Easter Senior Feature
By Seth Tumbelson
It’s a little stressful that by your senior year you are supposed to know what you want to do with your life. Senior Doyle Easter originally planned to go into music, but has changed dramatically for a career in computer science and later to business management.
Easter said his love for computers began at an early age.
“My mom would walk in to see me at her computer and I would have all the tabs open at like four or five years old and that's how others could tell I liked computers and how they worked,” Easter said.
His brothers Nick and Jordan were always more physical but he was more into music and technology.
Senior Jasper Hunt has been in music with DJ during high school.
“If I had to describe Doyle in a few words it would be musically gifted,” said Hunt
Easter decided later to go to Colby Community College and major in business management. He hopes in ten years to live in Saint Francis or near and operate a new bowling alley/fun center.
“If there is anything you could go back and change: stop doing the stupid stuff and be kind and listen to others.” Doyle said.
Junior Elijah Mills said good things about Doyle “DJ” Easter.
“He is one of the most genuinely good people I know and he is so kind,” said Mills.
Doyle is also very tall and with his size he also has knee problems, his knees have rivets or flattened bones in them making it very hard to walk. He has had surgery on his right leg.
His legs and his passion for computer science and business are plenty to carry this happy musical guy to his end goal.
