Candidate Auction Benefits Schools
The 2012 homecoming king and queen candidates were auctioned at the Homecoming Pep Rally on September 16th. The candidates were auctioned for eight hours of work (to be determined by the buyer). More than $2000 were raised during the auction. The proceeds will go to the St. Francis Grade School and St. Francis High School for building improvements.
Homecoming candidates being auctioned were Kaitlin Figgins, Lexi Hilt, Jacquelyn Ketzner, Caitlin Northrup, Trista Orth, Christina Schoenrogge, Jon Butler, Gavin Cooper, Sam Reed, Logan Whitmore, Brock Zweygardt, and Ty Zweygardt.
A big thank you to the candidates and community members who bought them at the auction.
