MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – JANUARY 23, 2019
SUPERINTENDENT’S SEARCH:
The special Board meeting was called to order on the above date at 5:30 P.M. by Board President Cale Rieger in the administration office with all members present. No Administration was present for this meeting. Mark and Jennifer Penka were also present.
At 5:30 P.M. Chris Bracelin made a motion to go into executive session for 3 hours for the purpose of a non-elected personnel issue, with justification of protecting the privacy rights of the individual. The motion was seconded by Chris Hingst, and carried. At 6:00 P.M., the meeting took a break, Jennifer Penka left the meeting. Shortly thereafter the executive session resumed. At 7:05 P.M. the regular meeting resumed and Mr. Penka left the meeting. No action was taken.
The next Special Board meeting will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 for the purpose of interviewing one of the applicants for Superintendent.
At 7:20 P.M., Dustin Andrist made a motion to adjourn; the motion was seconded by Troy Hilt and carried.
