PowerSchool Has New Login Feature

"Single Parent Sign On" Created

In September of 2011, St. Francis Schools implemented the "Single Parent Sign On" feature for PowerSchool.  The PowerSchool "single sign on" feature has been well received, especially by parents with more than one child in the St. Francis schools.  The "single parent sign on" feature allows parents with more than one child to log in to the school's PowerSchool system and view information about their children using ONE login and password for ALL of their children.  This procedure eliminates the somewhat cumbersome process of having a separate login and password for each child.  The "single sign on" feature was implemented last year so many parents have already set up their accounts for "single sign on."

ALL parents, even those with only one child in school, who have not already set up their "single sign on" will need to create their new login and password to enable the "single parent sign on".  Parents are asked to make sure and keep a record of the newly created login and password, as it is self-created, and only the parent will know the information.  A document explaining the setup of the login procedure for parents/guardians of children in St. Francis Community Schools can be accessed by clicking on the link below.

Please note that ONLY PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF ST. FRANCIS STUDENTS will have the necessary information to setup the new login account and should be only individuals attempting to do so.

Please follow the setup procedure carefully.  If you have difficulties getting the "single sign on" too work for you, please call 785-332-8172 and visit with Kent for help.
