Kindergarten Class Promoted
Twenty-six St. Francis kindergarten students were promoted during a ceremony held on Friday, May 9th, in the St. Francis Elementary Gymnasium. The students and their instructor, Lori Rieger, presented a nice program with several musical selections derived from Dr. Zeuss childrens' books. Students Sang several selections including "Feeling Good", "ABC Rock", and "Green Eggs and Ham." Some poetry was also recited. Students answered the questions "If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?" and "What would you like to be when you grow up?" A wide variety of responses were given. Popular answers were to go to the ocean, swimming pool, or to some far away place to visit grandparents. Students thought occupations like teacher, cowboy, or dancer seemed exciting.
Kindergarten students promoted were: Hannah Boyer, Kaylee Doyle, Audrina Fernandez, Luis Fernandez, Dayton Fromholtz, Joel Gilliland, Ashley Hafer, Morgan Hathaway, Brayden Helton, Julius Jackson, Avery Jensen, Cheyenne LaBarge, Breck Lohr, Carter Matthies, Diego Mendoza, Travis Merchant, Kody Moberly, Jaxon Nelsen, Janeli Perez, Lucas Raile, Paola Ramirez, Naomi Straub-Marquez, Madison Siegfried, Brianna McWilliams, Kylee McWilliams, and Julio Yanez.
